AX PROMOTION and its consultants support the process of prevention and management of occupational risks as well as the implementation of a culture of quality of life at work.

The approach is part of the company's project and more specifically of Corporate Social Responsibility by aiming to reduce the risks of work accidents and occupational diseases as well as the human, social and economic consequences.

 

Since 2018, the arduousness account has become the personal prevention account and includes 6 criteria instead of 10.

The IPRP participates in the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions, in addition to the action carried out by the occupational physician.

The intervention of the IPRP is an innovation resulting from the decree of June 24, 2003. An IPRP is a natural or legal person endowed with technical, organizational or medical skills, excluding occupational medicine. The recognized IPRP is empowered (Decision IPRP DIRECCTE  N ° 24/2013).

Depending on your needs, we support on site and / or remotely

  • assessment actions to prevent and as part of the improvement process: risk assessment (psychosocial risks, arduousness and MSDs), single document with proposals and recommendations, action to develop the organization;

  • coaching actions: support for people in  burnout until return to work, coaching of managers and team;

  • information and training actions: Legislation, regulatory obligations, psychosocial risks, arduousness and MSDs,  training of referents;

The employer ensures that these measures are adapted to take account of changed circumstances and tend to improve existing situations.
